UGC Fit Get in touch

The person in the ad
should fit the person
buying it.

Traditional UGC usually starts with the creators who are available. UGC Fit starts with the buyer: what they want, what they doubt, how they talk about the category and what might actually move them.

We research the product, category, competitors, reviews and customer pain points. That research shapes the angle, the script and the creator persona — including age, gender, race or ethnicity, language, setting and delivery. Then we produce the creative the strategy actually calls for.

Research-led AI UGC, fitted to the buyer. Tap the video controls for sound.

The fit starts with the buyer.

The creator should be an output of the strategy, not a constraint on it. We use research to find the fit between the message, the persona and the way the creative should feel.

What should we say?

Research surfaces the pain point, objection, proof point and angle worth building the script around.

Who should say it?

The creator persona can reflect the audience the message is meant for — without being limited by whoever is on a roster.

How should it feel?

Setting, tone, language and delivery are chosen to reinforce the message instead of being treated as decoration.

How it works

1

Intro call

We start with a short conversation about the product, audience, market, current creative and what you are trying to achieve.

2

Research

We study the product, category, competitors, reviews, comments, objections and the language customers already use.

3

Creative direction

We turn the research into the production brief: angle, hook, script, creator persona, setting, tone, language and product moment.

4

You approve

You see the reasoning, script and creator direction before production. You can approve it or ask us to adjust the direction.

5

Production

We produce the approved creator-style video around one coherent creative direction, with the product and brand rules built in.

6

Quality check

We check realism, lip sync, captions, product accuracy and brand fit before anything reaches you.

7

Delivery

You receive the research summary, final script and finished creative in the agreed formats, ready for paid or organic use.

Samples

Research becomes the creative.

You are not buying a recommendation deck. The research is the production brief. It determines what we say, who says it and how the finished video is made.

03 · PRODUCTION

Make the ad

Finished UGC
Research → persona → script → production

The approved direction becomes the finished creator-style video — not a document for you to figure out yourself.

The creator is part of the production decision.

Because we are not constrained by a fixed creator roster, the persona can follow the strategy. The visual choices above show what the research can shape.

Why AI-generated creators?

Because production should follow the strategy, not the creator roster. If the research calls for a particular persona, language, setting or delivery style, we can produce that direction instead of compromising around who happens to be available.

The technology gives us flexibility. The research tells us what to make.

Frequently asked questions

Are the creators real people?

No. The on-camera performers are AI-generated. We are transparent about that in delivery, and we build the videos to feel native rather than pretending there was a conventional creator shoot.

What is the collaboration process like?

We start with a short intro call. You tell us about the product, target market, current ads, customer knowledge and any brand rules. We then do the research, turn it into one creative direction and script, get your approval, and produce the finished video from that direction.

What do I get at the end of it?

The research summary, the creative rationale, the approved script and the finished video in the agreed formats with captions. If the scope includes another persona or market, those additional executions are delivered as part of the agreed package.

If the video is not realistic enough, can I request a redo?

Yes. Realism is part of the quality bar. If an approved concept misses that bar, we rework the execution rather than asking you to accept an obviously synthetic result.

Can I just buy the research and use it myself?

Yes. The research stands on its own — the product read, the competitor claims, the pain points from your reviews, and the scripts that come out of them. Take it to your own creators, your own editor, or your own ad copy. Note that research and video normally come as one package, so research on its own is priced separately and works out higher than it would inside the bundle.

Do I have to use the persona you recommend?

No. The creative direction is there to turn the research into something producible, not to take control away from you. You can approve it, ask us to adjust it, or give us a specific creator brief of your own.

Can you create a different persona for another audience?

Yes. If you want to explore another audience, market or language, we can recommend and produce an alternative persona. We treat that as a deliberate second creative direction, not as a random batch of interchangeable faces.

How long does it take?

Our typical turnaround is 7 business days from project kickoff. Kickoff begins once the agreement is signed, the required payment has been received, and the necessary product and brand materials have been provided.

The 7 business days include research, analysis, creative direction, scripting and production. The timeline pauses while we wait for client feedback or approvals, so final delivery may vary depending on response times, scope and any agreed changes.

What makes you an expert at this?

Our founder has experience building enterprise AI systems as an AI engineer, along with years of work across data science and analytics. That background shapes how we research audiences, interpret customer signals and turn those insights into the right creator personas, scripts and creative direction.

Do we need to ship sample products?

For physical products, usually not — unless you prefer to. We can work from high-quality product images or videos you provide as visual references. For digital products or services, the setup may vary depending on what needs to be demonstrated.

What usage rights are included?

Paid and organic usage rights are included in the project terms, with no recurring creator fee. The exact scope is written into the proposal so there is no ambiguity later.
